Peter Matrai, Co-founder
Peter is a senior international executive, advisor and Board member with an extensive background in disruptive technology driven businesses and sustainability. Previously Peter was the strategic CFO of Joule, where he led the acquisition of Red Rock Biofuels, another alternative energy company, and successfully closed a fundraise. Prior to Joule, Peter was the CFO and COO of Butamax, a biofuel and biochemical technology development and commercialization company owned by BP and DuPont. Earlier in his career, Peter held senior positions with companies including BP Alternative Energy, ING Asset Management and Cisco Systems.

Tom Einar Jensen, Co-founder
Tom has broad international experience, from large energy and energy intensive industries to disruptive start-up company development in the agricultural, energy and circular economy space. Previously Tom was EVP for Corporate Development at Joule. He is the founder of WakeUP, a meta data concept connecting sustainability related challenges to solutions through an electronic market-clearing platform. The first CEO of Agrinos, an agriculturally focused green biotechnology company, he has held senior management positions in finance, strategy and business development at Norsk Hydro.
